1. No member may have more than 5 guests per day without
   prior permission.
2. There shall be no bottles, glass containers, or other breakable
   objects used in or around the facility.
   
3. The use of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted by
   persons of legal drinking age.
   
4. No person may be intoxicated.
   
5. No beverage may be taken into the water, on the slide, waterfall
   or upon any facility of the pool.
   
6. No person may be loud, obnoxious, profane, obscene, nude, or
   lewd.
   
7. All children under the height of 4' 6" or 12 years of age shall be
   supervised by an adult.
   
8. All guests will abide by the rules of the facility.
   
9. No one under the age of 21 may be at the facility after sunset
10. without a parent or guardian.
    
11. No amplified sound or other devises that can be heard beyond
    30 feet from their source
    shall be utilized in or around the facility.
    
12. Horses, dogs, cats and other animals are not be allowed in the
    water or within the swimming area.
    
13. The property shall be closed on Sunday prior to noon.
    
14. No one may enter the water after 30 minutes past sunset.
    
15. There shall be no climbing on the rocks or waterfalls.
    
16. The slide may only be used by one person at a time.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
